Professional Experience
Val Young specializes in coordinating and overseeing commercial real estate transactions to maximize efficiency and client return on investment. Val focuses on the leasing and sales of industrial and office properties, real estate advisory services, and investment analysis.
Education
Val graduated from West Virginia University’s School of Business and Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration, along with a Minor in Communication Studies from West Virginia University’s School of Arts and Sciences.
Val also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2018, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Charleston. Val is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.
